- Leadership Empowerment: We are committed to intentional leadership development and the exercise of leadership gifts.
- Abundant and Holistic Stewardship: Healthy congregations demonstrate faithful stewardship and investment of the resources which God has entrusted to them.
- Small Group Ministry: Intentional disciple-making systems promote the spiritual growth of its members, moving them from new life in Christ to the exercise of spiritual disciples and service in ministry.
Deploy
- Fruitful Evangelism: The budgets, programs and leaders of our local churches must reflect a high commitment to deploy resources to outreach and evangelism, both locally and globally.
- Radical Hospitality: Our congregations must live out radical, biblical hospitality in service and welcome to others.
